2018 International Nonthermal Food Processing Symposium

To further promote green and sustainable social development, strengthen the integration of innovation-driven system capabilities, deepen international scientific and technological exchanges and collaboration, and integrate into global science and technology innovation networks, 2018 International Nonthermal Food Processing Symposium (2018 INFPS) will be held in Hangzhou city, China from Sept 26^th-28^th 2018. The conference is co-hosted by College of Biosystems Engineering & Food Science, Zhejiang University and Non-thermal Processing Technology Division, Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST-NTPTD), China.

The 2018 INFPS with the theme “Green, Innovation, & Integration” aims to provide attendees with latest science, innovative nonthermal technologies, and the opportunity to network with hundreds of professionals from all over the world. It will serve as a platform for academic exploration, exchanging ideas, thought inspiration, and promoting international collaboration. Held in various locations throughout the globe, this meeting has grown over the years to become the leading symposium in the filed of nonthermal processing.
