Biography

Wen-Sheng Chung received his B.S. from National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, in 1982 and Ph.D. from Columbia University, NY in 1990. After one year Postdoctoral work at Yale University he joined the Department of Applied Chemistry, NCTUas an Associate Professor (1991), Professor (1997), and Distinguished Professor (2011-2014). Research Interests include:Supramolecular chemistry, Host-Guest Chemistry, Reactive Intermediates, Organogelators, Rotaxanes and Catenanes.
