The 4th International Conference on Information Technology and Career Education (ICITCE 2017) will be held on April 29-30, 2017 at Bangkok, the capital of Thailand to further seek new problems and their underlying reasons of the information technology and employment education under the background of globalization and marketization in view of the success of the former two sessions. ICITCE 2017 will comprehensively develop the information technology and career education based on the former two secessions. And this meeting is also a platform for domestic or abroad experts, professors, scholars and engineers in related fields to demonstrate their research results and helps them establish connection in career or research and find global partners in the future.
Breakthroughs in experiments and theory are often the basis of technological progress. Recognizing this important fact, ICITCE 2017 will provide an appropriate forum for the communication of developments in information technology and career education research which may be beneficial and allow interactions and exchange of experiences among the applications communities.
This conference is part of a series of previous conferences organized in:
• ICITCE 2013: September 29-30, Beijing, China
• ICITCE 2014: October 9-10, Hongkong, China
• ICITCE 2015: December 15-16, Seoul, Korea
As previous three conferences, ICITCE 2013, ICITCE 2014 and ICITCE 2015 have been concluded with a perfect ending. Participants discussed about the information technology and career education and acquired preliminary achievements. The excellent papers of all meetings are already edited and published through the internationally cooperative and all proceedings have been successfully indexed by CPCI and CNKI eventually.
As usual, only unpublished research paper can be accepted by ICITCE 2017. Paper which is submitted will be examined by conference’s committee, and all the accepted paper will be applied for DOI and published in ICITCE 2017 conference proceedings. Besides, these papers can be also viewed online through the online publishing platform. We will also send the proceedings to CPCI (which is originally ISTP) and CNKI for coverage.
The organisers of ICITCE 2017 invite all scientists and engineers interested in one of the topics of the conference to present their insights and achievements. The organisers are encouraging young scientists and engineers to participate through a reduced conference fee.
