Zhi DANG is Professor in School Environmental and Energy and Vice-President of South China University of Technology. He is Director of the Key Laboratory of Pollution Control and Ecosystem Restoration in Industry Clusters, Ministry of Education and Vice President of Guangdong Society of Environmental Sciences. He has published over 40 SCI paper as a corresponding author in leading journals with citations over 350 times in resent 5 years. He is the winner of the First Prize of Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2018 and the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technology Progress. His ongoing research programs in his laboratory mainly focus on: 1) pollution control and ecological restoration in metal mining areas; 2) theory and technology for remedying site and water polluted by heavy metal and organic compound.
