Xiaodi HAO is full time Professor of Environmental and Energy Engineering in Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. He is the winner of State Council Expert for Special Allowance in 2014, First Prize on the Natural Science, Ministry of Education in 2010 and Special Prize on Innovation & Entrepreneurship of Returned Overseas Scholars in 2011. He has published more than 50 papers in leading international journals like Water Research and Environ. Sci. Technol. and he is the editor of Water Research. His research interests are environmental biotechnology, nutrient removal & recovery and carbon neutrality.
