Tsair-Fuh LIN is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering (DEnvE), and the Director of Tainan Hydraulics Laboratory at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Taiwan. Dr. Lin received his BS, MS, and PhD from National Cheng Kung University (1985), National Taiwan University (1987), and University of California at Berkeley (1995), respectively. His research interests include: 1) identification, treatment, and modelling of cyanobacteria and metabolites in drinking water systems, and 2) adsorption and novel treatment techniques for contaminated ground water. He has published more than 110 refereed papers and book chapters, and co-authored and co-edited 3 books, and has owned 14 patents and 13 technology transfers.
