Pen-Chi CHIANG received his Ph.D. in Department of Civil Engineering from Purdue University, 1982. He is now Distinguished Professor in Graduate Institute of Environmental Engineering since 2006 and Director of Carbon Cycle Research Center in National Taiwan University since 2013. He is the member of the International Water Environment Association and Diplomat of American College of Water Resources Engineering. His research interests manly focus on: 1) physical and chemical processes; 2) healthy watershed management; 3) PM_2.5 and VOCs control; 4) carbon mineralization and utilization; 5) green chemistry and technology
