Chih-Ming KAO is Chair Professor and Director in Institute of Environmental Engineering National Sun Yat-Sen University. He is also President of Taiwan Association of Soil and Groundwater Environmental Protection and the fellow of International Water Association, American Society of Civil Engineers. He has published over 60 SCI papers in leading international journals. His research interests include soil and groundwater remediation and watershed management.
